EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL LETTER
Via Telehealth
For many who struggle with mental health or emotional issues, an emotional support animal (ESA) can offer relief in addition to counseling services. The clinician has experience and training in ESA evaluation. The counselor can work to determine the need and suitability for an emotional support animal. A letter can be provided if determined appropriate. Cost ranges from $150-$250.
FMLA LETTERS OF SUPPORT
Via Telehealth
Clinician evaluates the patient's need for FMLA if leave is requested due to a mental health condition. If the patient is evaluated and if FMLA is recommended and there is documentation needed, the clinician will complete this as part of the evaluation process. The rate for this process including one extended session with therapist and initial paperwork for FMLA is $200.

SERVICES PROVIDED TO HOME BOUND PATIENTS
Patients living in assisted living, nursing homes, or in their home can get therapy in those settings if therapist has time available. There is an additional charge for travel time and distance which is not covered by insurance.

At this time, I am not treating substance and/or alcohol abuse as I feel a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) may be better suited to this treatment.
I currently refer patients struggling with this to Glory to Glory Counseling in Victoria, La Shaundrea Harris at 361-433-5527.
I also do not have any more openings for couples therapy at this time. I do not treat personality disorders such as Borderline, Narcissistic, etc.
I have a wide variety of training and experience with different disorders, so if you do not see it listed here, just ask! I may have the expertise to help.
