INSURANCE & EAP'S

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs are programs may be offered through you or your partners employment that allow you access to some free sessions. Currently, I work with Spring Health, Lyra, Modern Health, and Optum. I also work with Evernorth/ Cigna Behavioral Health Network and Quest Behavioral Health in Texas & Florida. If you have EAP benefits through any of these companies, reach out to me about using your EAP benefits.

INSURANCE PATIENTS

Therapist uses Headway for insurance billing. Headway is a mental healthcare system that works with therapists to complete insurance credentialing and provide billing services to your insurance. If you want to use your insurance and have a plan listed below, just notify the therapist when scheduling your appointment. The therapist will set you up through the billing system in Headway so that your insurance can be billed. You will be responsible for copays, deductibles, and payment as an insurance patient.

ACCEPTED INSURANCE PLANS

I accept these insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan Healthcare, and Evernorth. BHS. Carelon Behavioral Health in TX and FL. Most Medicare plans are accepted. Please note, I do not accept Humana as they are not accepting new contractors for our area.

Health Savings Account Cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted for payment method. Some patients prefer not to use their insurance for therapy services, do not have insurance, or just prefer to pay out of pocket. Statements can be obtained in the portal. Health Savings Cards (HSA) can be utilized to pay for therapy services by entering the Visa/Mastercard card number into the system for payment.
